Meet our newest product! Dual Action Instant Glow Face Polish

Consider this a "facial in a jar".  It's that effective!

If you're looking to simplify your skincare routine with a product that provides all the benefits of minimizing pores, younger-looking skin and a clear, glowing, keep your eyes open for glycolic acid.  It's the star ingredient in this product.

This beneficial ingredient is an all-in-one solution to your greatest skin troubles from aging to acne — glycolic acid takes care of it all. It’s one ingredient that you should definitely consider adding to your skincare playbook, but carefully.  It should never be overused as too much exfoliation will destroy your skin barrier so be sure to follow instructions carefully.

So, what is Glycolic Acid?

Glycolic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), an organic, carbon-containing molecule. This molecule naturally occurs in sugar cane and fruits. Some other AHAs you may be familiar with include lactic acid and citrus acid. Note that these should not be confused with beta hydroxy acids (BHAs). While AHAs are water soluble and are mainly used to chemically exfoliate skin, BHAs are fat soluble and can penetrate into pores to unclog blackheads. AHAs are generally incorporated into peels and toners while BHAs are typically seen in acne control products, including cleansers and moisturizers.

“Glycolic acid helps to separate the connections between keratinocytes [skin cells] in the outer layers of skin without rough, mechanical exfoliation techniques and promotes exfoliation.  When used correctly, it will speed up cell turnover and bring fresher, younger cells to the surface.

How our's came to be.....

Inspired after a Fall New England day. You’re off to Pilates followed by a day of errands.  But first, you decide to stop for a Vanilla Chai Latte.  With your hair tousled up, Lululemon leggings on and a hot cup in hand, you take a moment to stop and admire the beauty surrounding you.  Your house of health flourishes as you pause to reflect on the synergy of your mind, body and spirit. The air is crisp, the sun is bright and the vibrant, red, yellow and burnt orange foliage surrounds you.  It’s pretty magical, Nature that is.  You take a moment to let it all go.  Like the leaves, it’s time to shed the old. A time for new beginnings.

Description: The dual-action microdermabrasion delivers both physical and chemical exfoliation, instantly polishing away rough, dry skin and evening texture.  The result is healthy-looking, bright, even and glowing skin.  The whipped, jelly-like formula is packed with powerful ingredients - bamboo stem powder and glycolic acid - to sweep away dead skin, refine pores and create smoother, softer, radiant skin.
